Maurice Biollay and Dan Hsu co-founded BLDWORKS Realty and BLD Proptech, a boutique property development advisory and brokerage firm based in NYC. 

Trained as a civil engineer in Switzerland with a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Ecole d’Ingenieur de Geneve, Maurice has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries in the US, Caribbean, South America, Europe and Africa. Maurice is a quick learner in local culture, professional practice and emerging property technologies.

With master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in planning and from UCLA in architecture, Dan was trained as a forester, an urban & regional planner and an architect. He is certified by NCARB and is registered in the states of New York and California. Dan has over 35 years of industry experience in the US, Russia, UK, France, India and Vietnam. Dan is an expert in large scale mixed-use with super-tall building development.

Both Maurice and Dan maintain a primary interest in every project, adhere to the client’s vision, strive for effective and efficient delivery transaction and are closely involved in subsequent developments.
